Now lift your left arm sideways over your head. On the exhale, reach and bend to the right; on the inhale, return to mountain pose. Repeat this exercise 5-7 times. Distribute your body weight equally on both feet. Keep your knees tense. Do not bend too deeply. Focus on your breath. Then return to mountain pose.
