Welcome to the start of the Challenge «Cheerful Morning in 28 Days»! This course is focused to develop a healthy habit of regular yoga practice. Morning yoga routine helps to enlighten your morning with positive vibes, wake your body and get into your day full of strength, health, great mood, and ready to break the new grounds.

Challenge yourself with new intensive workout plans. Most people tend to find excuses, postpone for later, and experience a lack of motivation to keep daily workout routine. It is proven that regular yoga classes improve well-being, prevent disease, change the quality of life, and tone the whole body.

The program of every challenge consists of several modules dedicated to a specific topic with several video classes in a row and then a day off. On the rest-day, we recommend physical activity to meditation or breathing practice of your choice. Yoga Challenge is designed the way that you are motivated to practice every day according to the schedule, as the classes are sequenced with gradual loading and consolidating the results of the previous days.

To move along the challenge one should successfully finish the video of the current day. Only after accomplishing results of the current day, a new video becomes available.

«Cheerful Morning in 28 Days» Challenge is divided into 4 practice modules, each one has 7 yoga videos for everyday practice. 1 module has 7 videos 15 minutes each, 2 module – 20 minutes, 3 module – 25 minutes, 4 module – 30 minutes.
