The series of Visual Clarity is designed for people who have eyesight problems and it works as a prevention of eye diseases. Special sequences are created with the focus on the eyes and the optic analyzer. It’s worth noticing that a fetus' eyes are formed directly from the brain during its embryological growth and sometimes we can’t solve the problem any way. While in other cases, eyesight problems are caused by getting extra tension in the neck, shoulders and upper back muscles. The practice aim to release tension from muscles and stretch corresponding areas in a gentle way. You are highly recommended to practice this series regularly and regain control over your diet by enriching your meals with high-protein food.
