Straighten your back, extending up through the crown of your head. Breathe evenly. Then place your hands on the floor. Push your pelvis back. Sit back on your heels. Repeat on the other side. Come up into a kneeling position. Place your hands on the floor. Bring your right knee forward, and lower it to the floor, between your hands. Stretch your left leg out behind you.
