Come up into a kneeling position. Pull your left leg forward, keeping it bent, then press your left foot into the floor and rest your straightened left arm on it. Join your left thumb and index finger. Bend your right leg and grab your right foot with your right hand. Push your right heel towards your buttocks. Breathe evenly. Then bring your left leg back down to the floor. Kneel down. Slowly sit back on your heels. Repeat on the other side. Come up into a kneeling position.
