Technique of execution

Stand with your feet wide apart. Turn your right foot out 90 degrees to the right, and pivot your left foot slightly inwards. Bend your right leg. Lean your torso to the right and rest your elbow on your right thigh. Raise your left arm. Keep your balance and activate your legs. Breathe evenly. Then bring your left hand down. Lift your torso up. Repeat on the other side.
