Try to link your fingers together behind your back so that your left elbow is facing up, and the right one is facing towards the floor. Keep your back straight. Avoid pain. Breathe evenly. Brace your left foot against your hip. Point your gaze straight ahead. Breathe evenly. Then bring your hands down. Place your right foot next to your left. Return to diamond pose. Repeat on the other side. Lift your pelvis up slightly, then place your left leg on top of your right, in order to bring the knees closer to each other.
