Lift your arms straight up, and join your palms. Keep your back straight. Push your pelvis down towards the floor, until you feel tension in your thighs. Breathe evenly. Kneel down. Slowly sit back on your heels. Repeat on the other leg. Come up into a kneeling position. Pull your right leg forward, keeping it bent, and press your right foot into the floor.
