Technique of execution

Come up into a kneeling position. Keep your hands and feet hip-width apart. Place your elbows on the floor shoulder width apart and raise your right hand. Then place your right hand down to the floor. Then raise your left hand. Continue this movement. On the inhale twist your torso. Turn your head towards your raised hand enhancing the torso stretch. Then stop this movement. Lift your torso up. Sit back on your heels.
