Lift your pelvis up and straighten your legs. Walk your toes towards your head, step by step, as far as you feel comfortable. Raise your right leg up as high as you can. Breathe evenly. Rest your elbows, head, and left foot flat on the floor. Point your right leg upwards. Focus on your breath. Then slowly bring your right foot back down to the floor. Now raise the left leg up. Breathe evenly. Rest your elbows, head, and right foot flat on the floor. Extend upwards with your left leg. Breathe evenly. Then bring your left foot flat down to the floor. Kneel down. Sit back on your heels. Bring your belly on your thighs. Stretch your hands out in front of you. Relax. Breathe evenly. Return to diamond pose.
