Technique of execution

Take a half-step with your right leg. Bend your left leg, then kneel down. Slowly come down onto your heels. Keep your back straight and your shoulders loose. Breathe evenly. Rest your hands on your knees. Make sure that your body isn’t leaning forward. Then lift yourself up, moving your right leg forward. Stand up, while activating your legs – keep your back straight. Return to mountain pose.
