Technique of execution

Stand with your feet wide apart. Turn your left foot 90 degrees to the left, then pivot your right foot inwards raising your heel up. On the exhale, bend your left leg. Push your left knee forward, and push your right heel back. Lift your arms up sideways to shoulder height. Twist your torso and head to the left. Keep your balance. Breathe evenly. Then turn your torso back to the initial position. Bring your hands down to your sides. Bring your feet together. Repeat on the other side. Place your feet wide apart.
