Focus on your breath. Then slowly bend your right leg and bring it down to the floor. Return to mountain pose. Repeat on the other leg. Bend your left leg. Grab the big toe on your left foot using your left index and middle fingers. Slowly straighten your left leg, and extend it to the left while holding your grip. Place your right hand on your thigh. Stretch as far as is comfortable. Avoid pain. Breathe evenly. Place your right foot on the floor. Keep your balance with your back straightened. Breathe evenly. Then slowly bend your left leg and bring it down to the floor. Return to mountain pose.
