Technique of execution
Bend your right leg. Pull your knee towards your chest. Using your right index and middle fingers, grab your right big toe. Now slowly straighten your right leg and point it upwards, until you feel tension in your thigh. Hold your grip. Press your head, shoulder blades, and lower back firmly to the floor. Point your toes back towards yourself. Straighten your left leg and rest it on the floor. Stretch as far as is comfortable. Avoid pain. Breathe evenly. Slowly stretch your right leg towards your forehead, keeping your left leg firmly pressed to the floor. Then bend your right leg. Bring it down to the floor. Return to corpse pose.
