Technique of execution

Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Bend down. Bring your hands down to the floor. Move your legs out behind you. Push your heels towards the floor, and stretch upwards through your tailbone. Grab your right calf with your left hand. Then place your left hand on the floor. Now grab your left calf with your right hand. Place your right hand on the floor. Continue this alternating body twist, grabbing your calves with the opposite hands. Place your hands on the floor. Lift your torso up. Stand up straight. Bring your feet together.
